Standard Pricing Structure

Base Rate Regular hours 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Includes pickup and the 1st mile.$25.00

Service Information & Policies
- Service Type: Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Private / Ambulatory Only (Door-to-Door)
- Hours of Operation: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Booking Notice: 24-hour advance reservation required.
- Service Area: Local and long-distance transfers (e.g., Boston, Hartford).
Additional charges apply for after-hours, weekends, holidays, or late cancellations.

Schedule a Private-Pay Ride
For individual patients, family members, or private clients requiring door-to-door ambulatory transport.
⚠️ Important Requirements before Booking:
1. Rides require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice.
2. Operating & Dispatch Hours are strictly 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
3. Passenger must be able to sit and walk independently (100% Ambulatory — No Wheelchairs/Lifts/Stretchers).
